I have a 3 week old buck fawn not doing good. He is walking in circles, has a small abscess on his head (grape size) really runny/goopy eyes (whitish) , he also seems to be picking his hoofs up extra high with each step. Obviously feels aweful.
My husband usually takes care of any problems but he is unreachable for the next few weeks.
Fawn was with mom until 3 days ago when she decided to run him off and refuse to let him nurse. Maybe because he's sick?
I have given him electrolytes and managed to get him to take 2 Oz's of formula at a time since I brought him in
Any suggestions, treatments, ect ???
He's pretty pitiful right now.
