Well she is getting her first chemo treatment today. Her port was put in Monday. The Dr. Just told us all her test results. She is her-2 negative. It is stage 2 cancer. It is in 1 limp node. The tumor is growing but the chemo should stop it and shrink it. She has chemo every 2 weeks for 4 months and then surgery to remove both breasts as long as it doesn't spread. We will just take it one day at a time. Thank you all for the prayers
 
Good to hear Richard as it sounds very encouraging. Even when it doesn't, there is always hope. An elder at my church has cancer and the doctors had told him he had 2 maybe 3 years to live... that was 10 years ago!!! I talked to him the other day and his ''numbers'' are as good today as they have ever been. :)
 
So far so good..she has not gotten sick at all yet..she is tired but overall she is good..she is one tough woman..i love her

sounds like she is tuff. Glad to hear the encouraging news. Keep the faith! She is in my prayers as well as you and the family.

I am not sure if your DR can get you in on the new test or not but they are testing removing white blood cells from the person and tweaking them to kill the cancer so far in the test 2 that had 6 weeks to live are cancer free and the other two they have tested are just about free of it
 
My heart goes out to u and ur wife I low what it like for u and ur wife first hand keep ur head up and remember u never know how strong u are till being strong is all u have
 
Thanks everyone. I want to let everyone know that I appreciate everything. I will say that I think the tumor is shrinking. Or at least it feels like it. I don't know how long it takes the chemo to work but it also could be me just wishing. We are just taking it day by day

I know you have been praying for your wife as well as a lot of us have........don't lose the faith.......God,s power Is more than we all can even imagine.....believe in what you pray for and know that what you pray for is being heard and believe (Faith) that it is being answered! Great news Richard!!

I believe prayer is incredibly powerful. Having granted over 7000 wishes to children and adults with critical illnesses and serious physical challenges, I have witnessed things that I cannot even put into words. I was in the hospital visiting a very sick child with bone cancer and two days later he was down south elk hunting. I visited with a young boy that had open heart surgery and less than three weeks he was attending a water-sport event we hold annual here in WI for hundreds of children. I visited a young girl battling brain cancer that had 4 brain surgeries right before Christmas in 2008 and another in February 2009; she has not been back in the hospital since. The one thing that these children have in common is that I wrote about them on this forum and that WE all prayed collectively for them. Prayer is a powerful means of speaking to God for His guidance and healing, and for understanding the meaning of coping and acceptance through BELIEVING! God bless.

My wife and I would like to give a big thank you to Michael Heiter for his donation. He owns my favorite buck in Texas Tea. If anyone wants big wide frames, they need to get in touch with him and get some tea in your herd. If my wife wasn't sick I guarantee you that I would have some tea in my herd. He is an awesome buck and owned by a great person!!THANK YOU
 
Thank you to everyone. We had to go to the hospital last night because her arm has been bothering her. We found out she has a blood clot, so now she is having to take a shot in her stomach everyday. It's just another small hurdle to get through. But we have faith and she is strong
