Just wanted some feedback on a few lamps I have made so far. I use only real antlers and extra large ones at that with heavy mass. I think they came out nice and they are fun to do.

Hey Wayne, those all vary depending on the antler size. They are left to right as the photos are;

#1 - $350.00

#2 - $300.00

#3 - $150.00

#4 - $250.00

All are real antlers, the last two that are stained I repaired, the first two I made from scratch. I had another one but sold it to a man for a christmas gift.

Jared, I was only ever successful on one like that but I will tell you it was hard due to patients (I dont have much of that). I will run the cord down to as far as I can get to where I think it will look good. They are fun to fo for me but very time consuming so I do them in the evenings betwwen WTE and church and then family things so I have already started my Christmas 2012 collection. I am doing a table as well with the legs being last years and this year sheds from the same sire. I have some lamps for sale if anyone is interested and I am adding more as the weeks go by.

I will be listing some of these lamps on WTE under the cabin decor so if you are interested then feel free to bid and buy. I will also have them listed on Facebook under Whitetail Meadows and Henry Martin. Christmas 2012 is comming, did I just say that?

Henry,

These are a couple of chandeliers I've thrown together. The first one I made for a local contractor friend of ours. It is made of 140 single horns, 3 tiers with 15 lights. It is 60 inches at the base and 72 inches in height.

Chandelier # 2 is one we made for Beverly Gruber of the PA Deer farmer's association. It is made from horns of her late husband. We got it done before he passed so he got to enjoy it.

Two examples of many I have made and still using the cast you made for me on our smaller chandeliers.

Thanks Wayne. Just doing something I really enjoy. Been doing it for several years now.

Mick, they are awesome to say the least and I am glad that peice I made for you is still going strong, I did make it extra think. We need to get together sometime and discuss lamps and chandliers.

Thanks for the compliment Henry. Sure, I'd really enjoy talking about the lamps & chandeliers. Maybe we can get together at the spring meeting.
