We purchased a doe 2 weeks ago and a couple days ago she started with diarrhea. Shes not caughing, and not eating. All I have seen her eat since she got here is hay. We have the same food as the place she came from.

Today when I got home she was weak from her diarrhea, but passed small pellets. I gave her C&D, Nuflor and Banimine. I am thinking that she ate too much hay and she just cleaned herself out, but I havent had this happen before. Anyone have ideas?

Is she bottle fed were you can give here a hole tube of electrolyte gel ,and a hold tube of probiotics.Put some sulmet in her water if you can get her by her self. You need to get some good probiotics in her fast.Try some oatmeal with probiotics mix in . You got to get billions of good bugs in her quick. If you put here down for any reason give her 1000 units of ringers fast drip. Can you get her in a barn out of the cold, get all the stress off her that you can.

Nope. My one buck fawn lost his buttons, but thats it. Everyone else has them.

I hope you get her under control, looks like you were given some great advice already, i cant think of anything to add to it. How is the buck fawn you got from me doing? I hope he does well for you this year and grows a nice big yearling rack.

hes doing great. He is getting really big and is always right beside me. He goes in my shed with me all the time. It doesnt matter what rack he grows, he wont leave here! Any pictures of Peanut Butter yet? Cassie really wants to see some

She is doing better. She was eating apples Sunday, but she is shy again from getting darted. We had her real calm before she got sick. She still isnt 100% yet, but I think shes improving. Im going down now to see how she is today. Ill let you know
