Myself---I hope they stay that way. Easy to make great shooters and makes the banker happy and when MaMa's happy..Everybodys happy!

Sucks for the guys that made those lines but great for the guys that learn those lines and stick with them. Strange place this deer business!!

Jack the Ripper - he is a foundation for many of our deer and has always added mass and points to them. We still have a few Jack does left that we have bred to every year.

Here are a few bucks i have bred with and centered my herd around. These bucks are all from the same bloodline and line bred for predictability. They are outcrosses to over 99% of the deer out there. You seen what Texas Tea has done when he was outcrossed, he produced some of the best yearlings in the country this year. Texas Tea's anchor doe is 0454. This is bossmans grandmother. Texas Teas mother hannah is an elijah doe which is bossmans grandfather and wildmans father. Our herd is now over 95% young blood, so if you want to put some frame in your herd we have what you need!

Glad I bought Hoss from Barkley. I think he weighed around 400 lbs. last fall. We actually broke the stretcher with him. I bred most of my Weatherby does to him. Weatherby is a half brother to Texas Tea's father.

gary, i am glad to have several hoss daughters on my farm as well. I love his size and he seems to be a very healthy animal and his daughters are very healthy as well.. You can't go wrong with Little Orange 23. I bred my hoss daughters to bossman which put Little Orange 23 and O454 on top and bottom. Keep me updated how the weatherby and hoss crosses do!

Hoss on Weatherby is very close to how Texas Tea was bred. Just that Redoy Ben is on the bottom side and Little Orange 23 is on the top. Barkley got 6 straws of Weatherby from me. I wonder how he used them?

I second ddwhitetails, I know what the Legacy/Freedom Lines are doing, because I have been to Andy Foor's breeder pens multiple times, it just gets better every year. Very under the radar, very consistant lines, I didn't have to think twice to add some of Andy's does to my herd, and this past summer I got to see my first group of yearling bucks out of those lines, I am happy to say the least.

The A team, you go to the auctions and some of the nicest deer there are in Freds booth.

100% Agreed! I am glad i have an Arty doe in my lineup. Would like to add another after seeing some pics of the last few bucks to come out of that camp!
