Just wanted to let everyone know that frosty passed away on 5th of this month, guess the infection was just to much and I did get some meds from my vet and did exactly what he said to do, but he said if the infection was in the sinus cavity he didn't give him much hope, the infection also had deterioreted his eyes , he could not see at all ,,, the people I got my feed from are to be out here tomarrow, as I found another insulator in some feed... so now not only am I out of a fallow buck but I don't think any of the does got bred and fallow bucks around here are hard to find and he was sorta non typical as his horns grew weird each year.and I really liked him he was one of a kind.. I am soooo mad

Sorry for your loss, I hope your feed guys are better than the company I don't deal with anymore. keep us posted on the feed situation and their response

thank you everyone

well once they are out here I will keep everyone informed...told them I don't think a person should have to shift thru their feed to see if the feed is safe for their animals...

Sorry for your loss. It always seems it is our best and/or favorite that gets taken from us way too early.

well had the company out they asked me some questions and looked at the deer, and said my deer looked good, and after it is all said and done they have to fax my answers to the VP of the company and he will decide what if anything will be done...got a feeling they won't do a dern thing if that is the case I am going to find a good attorney

talked to the feed manager where this all is happening to see if he has heard anything he has not told him I found a buck that I could use and he is $500. he said he will try to find out what is going on,,, told him that if something is not done soon I will be contacting a lawyer as i do not think that a person should have to shift thru feed to see if it is ok to feed their animals, and the price of feed is high enough
