Roger, he looks great. Looks like he has everything one could want. Good mass, good beams, nice spread and a ton of tines. Congrats to you guys. I know how hard you have worked to create him.
 
Now thats the kind of deer I like. Typical frame with some stickers and kickers but not to clumpy so you can see everything. E-mail me on seman price.

Rod Haehlke was just here to see Updraft again. I showed him this thread and he said, "Why did you put that picture of him on there? He looks a lot bigger than that."

HAB Whitetails, I sent you a message about semen prices.

The first few straws are being sold at $2500 and then the price is going up. We won't be selling very many though until we shut it off for this breeding season.
 
Yesterday we had a buck fawn born here that is really stacked. He is out of Updraft on the sire side, and Pearl on the dam side.

Pearl is a doe fawn from last year that we sold on Kevin Grace's Select 30 auction back in Jan.

Thank you to the gang at Cola Blanca Ranch for the purchase of Pearl at the sale. You bought a great bred doe and now you have a super bred buck fawn out of her. Congrats and I hope he does really well for you all!

Below you can view the pedigree, but the back part of it is not all there. It wouldn't all fit because it goes way too deep:) The very bottom position shows O-105 who is the dam to B37 the great doe that sold for $190,000 last Jan. Every doe along that bottom line has proven herself as a true producer. Pearl should be a great doe.

I don't know if any of you will count this out, but if you do you will see that Pebbles is in the buck fawns pedigree 10 times!
 
Roger, Thanks for the pedigree and the chance to own these fine animals. We are glad to have purchased Pearl @ the Top 30 and then to add a buck fawn just sweetens the deal even more. Thank you and Laurie for all your hard work and attention to detail in your breeding operation. I'm sure it will be paying off soon, it already has for us!!!!! Thanks again and WE can't wait to see what you have for us in the 2010 Top 30......

Thanks very much. We are really excited about Updraft. Hard to believe we would have a buck guesstimated at 230" being ignored because of what Updraft is doing. The 230" buck being ignored is Max Thrust. He is really putting a great rack together this year.
