I also had a few deer with warts this last year.  When we sedated them for LAP AI I cut them off just because I hate to waste any sedation.  Sometimes we also cut hoofs.  The warts usually fall off by themselves in about a year.  I had some big ones this year and we banded them which cut off the blood supply and they also just fell off.  They also make a wart vaccine for cattle which I have used that did seem to immune them and we did let the warts just fall off then.  It took about three weeks.  Warts are funny as I have 180 head of deer and only three had warts.  They look bad but seem to cause no serious problems if there not all over the body.

We have had a few deer over the years have them none ever got over quarter size ever and all just fell of over time and couldn't even tell where they had been.

the two on her eye and lower chin have Been there for atleast a year and now I see multiple small ones srarting along her legs....I would like to get ahead of it and stop it if possible?????

We have had warts on a few deer over the years and they have always eventually fallen off. I personally would never sedate a deer unless I had to.

I had a buck a few years ago that would get warts and loose em over time, my vet recommended a wart vaccine. dosed him once with it he never had a problem again. something to try if I remember right it was dirt cheap. good luck
