I use horse treats Dobbins apple and oats and my deer love them . Can buy em at Fleet Farm for $12.99 for a 25 pound bag.

We also use the dobbins apple and oats treats the deer love them. I also heard that deer love marshmallows!!!

Our deer love golden deer nuggets, ritz crackers, watermelon, apples, sunflowers, and zucchini. We are still feeding pumpkins we had a good crop this year. A couple dollars for seeds went a long way for us. Im guessing feed prices will not go back down even though the corn crisis wasnt as bad as they thought

Peanuts, apples, I pick up bread at the bakery outlet cheap they call it pet bread , the bottle feed babies love grapes and my wife picks persimmons in the fall for them .

Nilla Wafers (although they aren't the cheapest treat), there cannot be a deer on this planet that won't eat a Nilla wafer, I love to spoil them.

They love bread Bread: whole wheat, potato, rye and white.

Lots of different things is what I've used, many of which everyone above has mentioned...but mostly bread.

I did what cloudycr does and go to the bread store and pick up out dated bread. I have litterally filled a pickup truck up for less than $25...to the point of some falling off as I went down the road. I don't know if you can find a cheaper treat than that.

Great idea to give them a treat though of some kind...quickest way to a deer's heart is through their stomach.
