how do you get them to eat bread. I put some out a week ago and still there. Is there a kind that is better. thanks.

White bread and the cheaper stuff works best

I tear it in small pieces and throw it to them

New deer I bring in are a little slow but two or three days and they try it then never look back come running to get it

Try finding bread from a bakery thrift store, I can get 120 loaves of day old white bread for $6 at the bunny bread store around here.

Sweet potatoes, homemade oatmeal cookies, yogurt cheerios. I get

The left overs. Lol if any

I get pick up loads of bread for free, mine did not like it for the first week, but keep offering them fresh bread and they will eventually give in.

My deer literally come running when they hear me shaking the bread wrappers, I actually don't know if they hear it, or smell it, but they are there before the first loaf hits the ground.
