PaintedMeadows - LOL!! I am laughing my head off at your last post!!!!! "Well my gun/bow likes to shoot deer chasing dogs......It's not it's fault" - Now THAT'S funny stuff right there!!! Seems like we got a couple of these guys/gals to watch our backs



Holly - Ur funny I soooo have your back with the dog situation. My husband had to take out 4 stray dogs that kept visiting our pen. I hated to do it but, ya know, I have to watch out for and protect my girls. As far as the hunting issue, well, I used to have MAJOR issues with it. All that I had ever heard or seen in regards to hunting - were the cruel stories. Just pay a visit to you-tube and watch some of the videos idiots post. They really disrespect and mistreat the animal - it's sad and unnecessary. Those types of fools make "hunting" look bad. However, since I have been a part of the deerfarmer website - I have a better understanding about "hunters", well, ethical hunters. I feel better knowing there are people that respect the animal and try their best to take them with minimal amount of pain/suffering. I completely understand the importance of controling the deer population and/or animal population in general. I just hate the fools that don't give a damn and just want to shoot something - that pisses me off. Like the scumbags in Wisconsin - oh yea, they really get me goin. Those are the kinds of fools that give good hunters a bad name. Ok, enough about all that! I am starting to feel the need for prayer.



Mr. Tim - Thanks for having our backs - you and Holly are A++++++ in my book!! I agree with you about the crows thing - those birds tick me off when they get in my feed and leave poop - that is NOT healthy for the deer! You just need to do what you have to do to protect your kids (deer As far as the old lady - well, I forgive her. It took a lot but I had a good, long talk with the Lord and I told him that I really needed his help in getting over the anger I felt towards this woman. I am not going to lie, I still feel a twinge or two when I think about it!!! For me, forgiving her does NOT excuse what she did - she still needs to be punished. She doesn't look all that crazy too me - she knows right from wrong. However, the Wisconsin idiots - they deserve far more punishment than what they are getting. That is one me and the Lord are still discussing - I am struggling with that one. Prayer please.......anyone?

I guess I missed something on the Wisconsin deal. I went back through this thread and couldn't find it. Anyway, just by your reaction I would probably forgive them right before I took painted's bow to them. Then I'd borrow the shovel. Trust me, that lady has got to have some kind of mental problem. You know, to forgive them is for you to feel better, not excuse them. I think I could turn you into a crow torture expert with a little more training. I have about 400 of the scumy, wothless pieces of junk in my pens every day. I was thinking of trying to catch a couple of em alive. You know, make em talk. Find out where they roost, which crows are involved, how they recruit new crows and which crows are in their leadership structure. So I wanted to know if waterboarding crows is against international treaty? Do I have to read them their Miranda rights? Can I be sued by Obama's crow Czar? I ain't so good at the waterboarding thing. So far all the racoons I tried it on, didn't live. Must be a different technique I use. None of em' been back though. Hummmmm now there's an idea.

I think the values of our society keep getting more and more confused each day, the courts don't seem to help, when they let the child molester out with a slap on the wrist and say poor poor man he was abused as a child and absolve him of all the bad decisions he chose to make in his life.Yes this "confused" old lady needs to be reprimanded for her actions, it pales in comparison to whats going on in the world today. We need to spend our time and aim our outrage in meaningful places. A couple of lines from one of my favorite songs for the group "Casting Crowns" they have a song called "While You Were Sleeping" , part of the lyrics say, " as we're sung to sleep by the philosophies that save the trees..... and kill the children......"

I am in law enforcement...I don't care who you pull in they will say...Why aren't you getting the real criminal...I only punched her a few times...ect...ect...It all starts and leads somewhere!

Got into a fight in 2004 at a party...left the party and accidentally hit and killed the guy he fought with earlier.

Painted Meadows - AMEN! I Couldn't agree with you more! What's scary is most criminals get a slap on the wrist. For example - one of the jerks in the Wisconsin deer kill thrill case - was a suspect in a hit and run. Not exactly sure how he got cleared of the charges - but nonetheless - he IS a criminal. He kills one man, tortured and killed 5 deer - what's next!!!!!????? He is getting a slap on the wrist and then will be out and about mingling with our society looking for his next victim - human or animal - doesn't matter. That's scary stuff right there.

Oh, but yea - that low-life scumbag is just the kind of person we are talking about. Punishment - what punishment? It just infuriates me to no end!!!! I sent an email to the Prosecutors office - giving my thoughts on the situation - and pleading that they appeal the judges decision. The lady I spoke with told me they have received a lot of letters/email in favor of the appeal. That story makes my heart race......
