I recently had a problem with one of my mommas that had a waddle under her jaw. Upped the protein by using calf manna and started a probiotic regiment. since then, it has cleared. I did take a stool sample from her after camping out and waiting on her to go. I also took a random sample from other piles. Took to vet....... said that the individual sample contained one worm egg. However, the random sample showed several eggs. The consistantcy of the sample was solid. Now I have started to notice a couple of cow pattys lying around and have not wormed yet. Now here's my problem. All of my deer have fawned except for one who took to back up. (She is about to blow now.) My question is this...... Can I go ahead and worm them through the feed with Ivomec at a rate of 1cc per 100lbs of body weight now or wait until she fawns? Just dont want to wait until there is crap sprayed everywhere before I do anything. But dont want to cause a fawn death by worming now either. Thoughts? Thanks everyone!

You can add Cydectin pour on in your feed at a rate of 5cc per head for pregnant does. I love Valbazen at the same rate after fawning.

I've used Ivomec plus on pregnant does and never had a problem, and wormed them within weeks of fawning.

Fed it to them orally on bread.

Best to you whatever you do Jeremy - God Bless!
