I have two yearlings that look as if they can't push there buttons off from last year.

The thing that bothers me is one of them is growing long feet. Could the protein be going to his feet instead of his horns?

Thanks Brent Thomure

You need to knock them down and get them off before infection sets in and you may have to trim hooves ,some deers hooves grows faster than others !

Are they eating a lot of corn? I place gravel bases around all of my feeders which helps to keep them worn down. You can use medoxyprogesterone to cause antlers to fall off. I would call your vet.
