I would encourage you to get involved with NADeFA and your state organization. You could utilize both those platforms to meet young deer farmers and to learn some things from the old ones as well. You can also work with either one of these groups to reach out to younger deer farmers. There is a lot of valuable resources in these associations not to mention a broad age base of members and even there siblings to whom are all part of this great industry.



I love big ideas! This is where I would start. A leg off of any of these associations working with young deer farmers could only boost our industry and make it stronger. Grow membership and support. But a separate organization, One to itself would in most cases have the opposite effect and potentially fail.



Ideas are nothing until you put them into action! Good luck
