Fawn with Lump on nose?

I have a fawn that has like a big pimple on the end of his nose. I pop them and they always come back. I was wondering if anyone has ever seen this and know what to do? His mother his a wart on the bottom of her nose so i dont kow if it is genetics or what??? Any help is greatlly appreciated Thanks a lot. Drew
