Wow Darren! If he grows from now till August he should be something to see.

Darren, Don't get to excited:eek:...........Could be doubomasti lictoitis a rare form of a double brain tumor! Its found in a lot of deer with over exposure to the effects of a large intake of RED BULL!!!!!!!! LOL :D:D Just kiddin looks like he's definately ready to RED LINE!!!!!!!!!:D:);)

Good guess TRIPLE R..pretty close --His Sire is Redline and his mother is a Maxbo over Highroller over RDM Goliath. My friend, John Ward and I own this buck fawn together and we are having a lot of fun with this ,trying to decide what we have on our hands.

Darren,Unfortunately not yet:eek:!!!!! Just try to keep him comfortable and well hydrated until he can safely be moved to northern Missouri for further examination by the experts in my area!;) If a cure can be developed it will have to take place in the higher elevations of Northern Mo.! Once we have a cure. Semen will be drawn and he should be fit to travel back down south after say late Dec. of this year! Once back home our team would recommend minimul exsposure to any does in you area! As this could cause him to slip out of remission!!!!!:p!!!! Please feel free to contact me when you would like to arrange for him to travel to our facilities for treatment.

sincerly

Wayne

P.S Again THANK YOU for allowing us to diagnose your delimia!:D:cool::)

I can't believe that. That is something I have never seen. I have seen 6" are hard horn from a buck fawn. But this takes growing early to a whole new level.

Dr. Scott , thank you for your diagnosis --John and I will surely take all of the information into consideration-we feel that his problem may be overactive blood flow to the cranial area.:D

Darren,Please don't be to quick to over look the obvious............But I can understand you reluctance to except our findings. Please remember our sevices are as always free of charge to local residents of our great state! We will stand at the ready should you need our sevices feel free to contact us should these problems presist!:D:);)

The Staff @ The WHITETAIL SANCTUARY THANK YOU!:D

Darren,

I think it would be fun to start a contest to guess his score and give away a straw of semen from him next fall. You could double the give away if a person can guess when he sheds his velvet. I would be happy to play.

Darren Congrats buddy on this button buck and fpr purchasing X-Factor's mom. Jesse was happy that you got her. I cant wait to see what this big boy does for you and O-25. She should do well on your farm. Good Luck and Happy New Year!

Will that cool his body temp. with the blood in the new growth???

-10 this morning here. 3 cold months to go.

Darren,

That's pretty amazing. Has anyone out there had this happen in the past?

Looks like new growth, keep us updated in the next couple of weeks to see if he continues to grow! He's definitely got the pedigree behind him!

Wow Darren! Each year you take "early maturity" to a new level! However he is a little narrow to suit me. You should just go ahead and let Wayne have him and oh yeah, trust me when I say I don't know Wayne. Eldon

What in the world! I've never seen such a thing. Very interesting. Keep us updated

Did he shed his buttons then start growing or is he behind and just now growing his buttons? If he already shed his buttons and is growing his 1 1/2 year old rack that is amazing.

When he went through the chute in Oct. to be vaccinated he had huge buttons, I am sure that he is growing his antlers. As far as I know there are only 11 Redline button bucks in the north this year and red 463 is one of them. I have no idea what he will grow for antlers this year but it sure will be fun to see. I will put up pics of him as the year goes on.

There are 5 straws of Redline in the Deer Breeders Coop auction in Texas on the 7th and 8th of Jan. Redline semen is only available for use in the Southern states. This will be Redlines first year to have yearling sons on the ground and his sons have the best best buttons of any group of buck fawns that I have ever had. Darren
