Randy, Thanks for the explanation, one of my clients just got done taking the Boone & Crockett course and also can measure SCI, he agreed and said it is different with the palmation for SCI. Wayne, I can't get over how big he already is and still has a ton of time left to grow, simply an amazing looking animal, I pray he stays healthy and even!!! He looks to me like he's about almost as big as he was last year when he was done growing. I love mass and palmation, to me that means old deer and is hard to beat for an impressive look. I have a Lakota yearling out of the twin sister to Pierce's Tonto Jr., 306 @ 2 and he already has 10 points on his left side and being a mainframe 6x with lots of mass for a yearling. I'll post pics soon. This is my second year raising deer and the only thing better then hunting them is raising em and hoping to grow one like X-Factor some day!
