It looks like she could have just torn.. I would load her up with antibiotics and watch her. If it is coccidea the blood would be in the feces.

I agree with Michael....it looks like she is just bleeding from giving birth..........she would have diarrehea and blood mix.......usually with Coccidia they have severe diarreha
