Giant yearling in PA

I'm new in the deer farming business but my brother and I have done our research. Some of the nicest deer I have seen are at Book Whitetails here in PA. I was over to see Garth the other day. He took me around to show me his bucks. He has the craziest yearling that I have ever seen. I counted 40 points and the mass is crazy. Has anyone else seen this deer? If not, you should check it out.

Come on man! Don't just tell us....SHOW US SOME PICTURES !! LOL

It's not nice to tease us about a great buck and then not have pictures to show.

Hi Guys - here are some pictures taken July 7 of the yearling we're pretty excited about. Hope you enjoy!

Wow nice yearling! Whats his pedigree? It really doesn't matter he is still a great looking animal

Thanks so much for the positive feedback everyone! We're really excited to see what the future will hold for this buck....W848 (He doesn't have an official "name" yet) The sire is a buck that we call Tabasco who scored 152 @ 1 , 223 @ 2, 264 @ 3, whose sire was Drifter *(Sundance Whitetails) and Dam was O639 (BJ + W317 - Harry to Bucky Doe) W317 dam to Dirty Harry.

Garth, How about a picture of 601. He is my favorite. The nicest rack I have ever seen. Big and Clean... Did I mention BIG.

That's a bute! Hopefully you have a couple years of good growth and breeding with that monster of a yearling!

Hi guys - this is Christie writing here from Book Whitetails....Garth has been super busy so I just wanted to go ahead and post these pictures of our yearling's Sire, a buck we call "Tabasco". As written before "Tabasco's" pedigree is: Sundance Drifter bred to White 305 (Flees Heavy to Green 108, dam to G36 and twin sister to G106, Bart's mom. The dam to our yearling is BJ to W317, a Harry to Y126, a Bucky daughter) W317 is also the dam to Dirty Harry..

Christie, Tambasco is an awsome deer. Its hard to grasp the size of his rack from the pictures because his body is so big. Great Deer. I'm still waiting for a pic of 601 though. I told a couple of friends about him but they don't believe me. Give me some proof to show them.

Thanks HRW......you're right about Tabasco - something to see up close. Okay - here are some pictures of 601 @ 3 taken July 7. His lineage is : Sire: Book Sunweaver Dam: G207 (BJ + Y0-dam to Billboard) BJB's Womb Sister 147 @ 1 , 215 @ 2 , 25"I.S. 30" M.B. He's nice and wide, heavy mass, great spread....just a truly beautiful animal.
