Nice finds. Our local wild population is not that great, its been low for a few years now.

I do manage to find one or two wild bucks antlers every year when I am out cutting firewood, but there is never enough of a carry over of bucks to make serious shed hunting worth it, been running the trail can since the first of the year, 2 spikes and a 3 point survived, that's it. I would love to find an area nearby that has a good wintering population, I do like to get out and walk in the winter and it would be nice to find more sheds. Congrats on your finds.

Good point!! Also Very hard in my part of Pa to get bucks to make it through a very long hunting season! Thats why I think hunters are turning to high fence! I talk to alot of people about high fence and Im seeing a big attitude change , Guys a few years ago that would not think of hunting highfence now trying it!! Very positive!!

I believe that is the case in many parts of the country. Reports up here were that there were not enough bucks to even take care of Ny hunts. Not enough bucks.....Thats a good thing!

Nice!!. I scored the biggest one i found today and its a measly 56 inches. All of the big deer around here did not make it past rifle season. I've got one that will gives your a run for its money, but i cant find it.

I will be happy with him this November! Grow him big for me!

He broke the other side off just after the brow tine before the g-2. I have been looking for all those pieces. Had 7 points on that side. Eldon

Here is a match set that I found a couple weeks ago. The left antler is a clean 6pt and scores 81 1/8" and the right antler with the broke off brow tine and the extra point scores 88 3/8" and with an 18" spread credit it grosses 187 4/8".

nice huntingman, I can never seem to find where the monsters go. I can always find the 1-3 year olds sheds, but anything over 4 vanishes.

Keep them flowing guys. Its a shame about the dead heads. They are being found more than sheds this year.

Thanks Sleeperls. It is sometimes hard to find the big ones here to because shed hunting is very popular so theres alot of competition.
