2 week fawn help!

I have a 2 week old doe fawn. She has from the start not wanted to eat. Acts hungry then sucks a few times and turns away. We've tube fed and gotten all her meals in her. We noticed she was bloating, we've given antitoxin, penicillin, simethicone drops and probiotics. For 2 days she's been off formula and only on pedialyte. At this point death is imminent but I'd like opinions on what this might be. When we tube her to release air, only fluid comes out. Lots of fluid. Probiotics are even visible. I'm wondering if this could be twisted gut? She's clearly had plenty of fluids but is also dehydrated. Which seems counterintuitive and is confusing to me. Ideas? She's progressed so rapidly that even at this point a trip to the vet is too late. She won't make the long drive. (Not many vets close are willing to work with deer near me). Thanks

We have also tried a hypodermic needle to reduce air. That's how desperate we got. Although I've never had to do that before and would love some link or tutorial with pictures because I can't say for certain placement was accurate. She's just never been a healthy girl.

We have been using those. They did not seem to help. Thats one reason I wonder if it's more than "just" bloat.
