Putting some genetics on fawns the other day. Not your super high ends but will the job done. How about Roll on Ace / Harley /Oscar Jr doe. Lots of Oscar and Patrick, wish he was a doe. Like Jim stated, wish had one but got the other. This one lots of Patrick: Silvercloud ( Silverstorm over Thunderdstorm doe) on a SilverKing / Johnny Cash / JB II doe.

Good topic, Alex

Up to around 20 now..had some big heavy/rigid and big heavy/rigid/max and some big rig /xl/maxbo allstar and big heavy\max just to name a few so far ..few hard shadow fawns also..love this time of year..about 20 more to go

Think I'm already done with AI's as we've had no fawns the last few days and over the 200+ day mark. Looking through the fawn list besides the ones listed earlier, looks like: 3 of my Gladiator Express does had Stone Cold fawns, Heartbreak's wombsister had Texas Tea twins (buck and doe) and Mannix's dam had twin Texas Tea doe fawns. My Elvis/ShockNAwe's dam had Texas Tea twin doe fawns as well. I also had some of my strong production does stick to Texas Tea so I couldn't be happier.

I am one doe away from being done with fawning for 2013, This is the earliest I have finished up in years. All were live bred.

I thank the Lord for great fawning weather in my part of the state and I only have 3 on the bottle this year, this won't be too stressful of a summer as I usually have at least 8 on the bottle, lol.

Unless you get quads out of that last doe then your at seven j/k good luck fawning for sure

Ezra, I actually have more but I left some does off the bottle because the buyer preferred momma fed, otherwise I would have 8 or more on the bottle right now, lol. I am glad momma's doing the work.....as much as I love my doe fawns tame, It sure is a pain to feed them all summer.

We haven't had that joy yet but we will be there soon enough I'm sure!!! Well hopefully this last few go perfectly for you!

Woke up to twin Interpreter bucks out of a Flees doe. This gives me 3 Interpreter bucks and 1 doe. Happy Happy Happy!

Just had quad rigid fawns and a sigle rigid..thats 9 rigid babies so far..love it..have one pushing out big rig fawns as we speak!!

We had a very exciting morning here. We had our first set of quads...but unfortunately one of the buck fawns looked to be stillborn. They were 2 and 2. THEN...we had a set of quintuplets out of our Thunderstorm daughter! She had three when we left the pen the first time with a very cold little doe fawn. By the time I got the little girl warmed up and went back out to the pen, there were 2 more! I couldn't believe. Grabbed another little buck fawn that was in danger and he's doing very well right now. Those quints were 3 bucks and 2 does and all are alive and doing well.

Glad to hear that they are doing good so far. Was these doe's multiple births a result from natural breeding or PMSG dosage?

Adam, I agree.............Hows everything goin for you? Better I hope!:)

Susan, Hows my Lil Bunny Fawn ?:p

Our PA Geronimo doe had triplets tonight. 2 bucks and a doe. This was our final doe to give birth. We ended up with 4 bucks and 4 does. All Lakota genetics on the sires side.

Wayne....lil' Bunny is great, although she isn't so little! She graduated to the big girl pen 2 days ago :)

The little stinkers are doing really well Adam and Wayne. Just got back from the doe pens and everyone is doing well that was born in the cold yesterday (thought it might snow!). I call my bottle fed pens of fawns...the talls, the smalls and teeny tiny's right now haha.

FYI...it was a doe that was CIDR'd, given 1cc of PMSG and then live bred. Evidently a nice healthy doe on the inside.

Yup...I definitely know what you mean! After battling the weather this late in the season...I'm still most in favor of 2 nice healthy and big twins.
