Just curious to hear everyone's opinions on this. I'm wanting to start mixing a quality probiotic in my doe and buck feeds. Thanks for your feedback.

Don't waste your money on probiotics unless it's after you have given a strong round of antibiotics . If you have a Rural King buy their Super probiotic in the 12 oz container. It's around 10.99. Mix it for about three days and keep your money in your pocket. I have fed all of the big named probiotics marketed for deer for about a year each. "DefenDEER" probiotic mixes were the best quality product we used but it wasn't economically priced in my opinion to use in the deer business. It is also my opinion all the probiotics marketed for deer are overpriced and are mostly a gimmick.

I kind of agree with Bell but for this farm its Shock Effect products. Right from Liquid dispersal in the fawns bottles all the way to conditioner for adults. We do also give a treatment of crumbles once a month!

The Rural King Super Pro-biotic is guaranteed to have 5 billion CFU per 5cc scoop that's billion with a B it's sold in an 8oz tub I earlier posted 12oz sorry I buy it for less than 12 dollars and I mix it in my top coat only when conditions demand. For instance after antibiotic treatments. We have been profital for several years in this industry by not falling for the gimmicks.
