Let us not forget the events of Dec 7th 1941. Thank you to all who have served, and to those who were there on the very famous day.

My uncle was there when the bombs started dropping. Greatfully he survived.

I remember my Dad's stories of WW2. He was with the 7th fleet and was in aviation support. I have a pic of him on Guam or Guadlecanal. I think he was in aircraft arming/ rearming. BUT!!! today is my baby girls birthday! She is 28 and is everything a man could want in a daughter. I named her after me..Bobbie for Robert, then she named her first son after me (Robert).

Thanks for starting this thread Roger! I've been on the road non stop with the new job and haven't been on here much lately. I have the Band of Brothers dvd set and it always gives me chills when I watch it and think about what those men and women endured during WWII. I served 7 years in the USAF, but it was nothing compared to what so many others have done over the years! A big thank you to one of the greatest generations in our nation's history!
