Elk shot in Missouri had an ID tag

Some really stupid people on the comment section.  Several rant that if you dart deer or elk the death lose is around 80%. ???????
 
80 percent loss is not realistic, If the right drug was used and done properly.
 
I noticed one of the comments said it was from a farm in that area and his conservation agent told him that farm had CWD. It is funny how the uninformed can say anything they want. Another comment I found odd was when people asked why they did not just relocate the elk, a guy said it would be to expensive to test and move. Didn't we just do that from another state?
 
Funny logic in this quote... "Want to talk property rights, let say the animals is positive. To slow the spread all deer in that area will need to be killed. Not some all."  So if CWD is found the guy thinks all should be killed so none get sick, hysterical...
