Hey everyone, I’m a recent Auburn graduate that’s contemplating my next steps in life. I always told myself once I got through school I would farm. But now I’m finally out I’m having a hard time deciding want I would like to raise and produce. Does anyone in Alabama raise deer for market much like we do cows? Any successful stories? I know everyone either does shooters or breeders but what about opening up a market for meat?
