We had our friend feed the fawns last night and one hit the pen hard when Him and his kids walked in ( my dumb mistake for not explaining ) now it wont get up must of possilble broke back or something all 4 legs move but she just lays on side I just got her to drink 10 ounces was going to give Bose and dex any help would be great

Exactly, we had one do the same thing last year. We gave dex and worked it's legs every day, took over a month but she finally got over it.
 
I had a baby hit head on into a metal fence post. Gave her dex and diazepam. She could not walk. I would stretch her legs Slowly, and move them to keep the muscle for shrinking and possibly dying. After a Long time she started walking again. Her front legs first then her back. She is about 85 - 90% now. If she is a pet you can have an ex ray done to see if there are any bones broken. Then go from there. Mine took 4 - 5 months. Worth it to me.
