URGENT MESSAGE FROM IDEFA!!
The Indiana Deer & Elk Farmers Association needs your help.
On September 30, 2014, Judge John Evans issued a ruling saying the Indiana Department of Natural Resources could not regulate fenced hunting preserves.
Now the Anti’s are asking Governor Pence to appeal this ruling.
The deer & elk farmers of Indiana need to send a sincere message to Governor Pence that even more urgently describes the importance of his support for the Judge’s ruling in the Whitetail Bluff court case. This is about JOBS, TAXES, PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHTS, SMALL FAMILY FARMING, RURAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, TOURIST BUSINESS, etc.
Please contact Governor Pence and plead for his support in upholding the court’s ruling and discouraging the DNR from appealing the judge’s ruling.
To contact Governor Pence by phone, please call 317-232-4567.
To submit a comment via computer, please go to www.in.gov/gov. Click on the “Ask Mike?” box. There will be three options, select the “To contact the governor with questions or comments unrelated to the above, clear here” option. This will provide you with a form to fill out to send your comments.
WE NEED EVERYONE TO CALL OR SUBMIT COMMENTS TO GOVERNOR PENCE IMMEDIATELY.
