Here are a couple of bucks that stand out in our pens. The first one is a Maximus DT 3 year old that is putting on the width. The 2nd one is a Troubles yearling and the 3rd one is a Max Neiss yearling.
Here are some shots from this morning. We spent some time over with our yearlings and Mojave is still looking just phenomenal, so for now... here are a couple of him. All the rest are looking great too, but we'll update some photos of them later.
Here is a great comparison shot of Mojave standing with another yearling in the pen.
... and here is a great shot from Mojave's side.
There's a video from today's footage that will be up today too.
Just a couple of ours.......all two year olds except the one with G2 split twice(third picture). The one two year old with solid heavy long brows is out of a doe who would sell at auction for 50bucks. First deer on the farm but pedigree is non exsistent guys best buck scored 130. So we are just happy she did ok. We only breed her every other year and only because she loves being a mom
here is a video of our buck we call Durablend, he is a Duramax son out of a 50/50 peach doe, he broke his skull last yr but recovered well but it has effected his right side antler in the way that it has split off, this is out of our first crop of 2yr olds on the farm.
Sorry for the large pictures, I didn't have time to resize yet. The pictures are all a week old so there may be a little more growth since the pictures.
