Here is Grover shedding his velvet. Seems to be a little irritated with following him around so close. We won't know till he drops those antlers, but I believe he will be the highest scoring Outrageous son ever.
Grover is looking awsome!! Outrageous has kicked out some nice sons I think Outrageous J.R will go over 300" this year. He is a mature buck that Eric Snyder has up here in Michigan he is more nontypical than that pretty buck you have there though. Keep us posted
I guess even if Grover isn't the biggest he is still my favorite (I might be a little partial). He has a couple pretty good looking brothers here too. Our biggest non-typical Outrageous son died last year (198 @ 2yrs). We estimate Grover to be 285-295 this year, won't know until he drops those antlers and he normally keeps me waiting until March. Overall we had really good success with Outrageous semen, might try it again sometime.
He looks like my favorite also those beams are nice! Good width too and of course good tine length .I've noticed a trend that Outrageous sons seem to throw wide offspring so hopefully that will hold true for you.
Mi Bucks, I dont know if he is still around or not, but I have a very nice yearling out of Proud Eagle. He has a great frame 5x5 plus some base points.
Glad to here that Jay! Proud Eagle came down with a bad case of lead poisoning so he is no longer with us. I had a nice two year old out of him that is a 190 class, just sold him but still have a Proud Eagle doe. Proud Eagle was Soaring Eagle over Rancher's dam. I think that should be a nice combo hope he does well for ya ! I would love to see a picture if you can.
Hope all is well. I know when we saw Grover growing out last summer I could not wait to see the sheds up close then. Will have to schedule another visit.
You should have some great crosses with Grover in your breeding program. Those crosses if for sale no dought will be a good investment. I can't wait to see what happens here with Grover in our breeding program.
