Mosquitos? and no~see~ums

I everyone. I need some help with mosquitos and no see ums.

When I am in my pen, they Eat Me up!!! I can only

imagine how my babies feel. I do not have a misting system. I do not want to put

Anything on, due to them licking it off and being harmful. Is there anything

I can spray or put on them and im the pen that is not toxic?
