Moving deer from PA to OH

For you guys that routinely move deer from PA to OH what paper work to you need to have? I have a guy that wants a doe fawn and is not sure on the regs of bringing it across the state line. I am 2001 CWD and TB, B certified.

You must have a Vet inspection with the proper form filled out. Your Vet will contact the Ohio Dept. of Agriculture and get a permit number. The deer must have a farm tag and an official ID, either a steel tag or RFID that has the USDA seal on it. Once you have the paperwork, you have 30 days to move the deer.
