Hi all! We have had our Sika deer pair for about a year. In the last month or so, our buck has been limping on varying feet. Now, all he does is lie down in his barn. He hardly co.es out at all, even to eat. He's losing weight and when he does come out, he acts sore, hunches up, and barely moves around. Otherwise, he's bright eyed, sits up, eats if something is in front of him. Any ideas on what's going on and suggestions on what to do for him? Thanks and hello from Kansas!
