Here we are in another fawning season....and I am enjoying it as I always do...any who :eek:....... I was sitting there feeding the fawns today and as i was feeding several of them...... and as they were joyfully sucking down their milk they started, as they often do the front leg up and down trick that many of them do :D...........why do you think they do this? I laugh every year when they start that.....to me it's like they want the milk to come faster....it's like their saying bring it on!!! What do you think?
 
I thought they were trying to put the "kick stand" down on the person whos feeding them so they wont move and make the nipple fall out of their mouth !!!
 
I enjoy watching what they do with their front leg too. But I also love watching their tails twiching. They are just so doggon cute. I tell them that all the time too. "Your lucky your cute" Especially when I'm cleaning up behind them.

GEE and I thought mine were the only ones that done the thing with their front leg--LOL

Just started our first one this morning on red cap and she took 3oz for the first time
 
Ok maybe they are trying to reach up and grab the bottle so you don't take it away!!!!!LOL!!

I just figured they were tapping their foot to some song running threw their head. You know like when we are doing somthing you enjoy you sometimes hum a song. If you need more prove you only have to watch that little dance they do when they put their back legs together and pee on themselfs. What a life. Rick
 
haha we think they are trying to see how many sucks it takes to get to the end of the bottle.. like how many licks it take for a lolli pop..haha
