This year we left the antlers on all of our breeder bucks. Its just more fun!

Payday finally let go of his antlers. I haven't scored them yet but will post here. Everyone needs a PAYDAY! LOL

Payday scored 488. He only had about 40 points so his extras were down a little...but everything else was bigger.:)

I haven't been on in quite a while. Just checking in. Payday has really proven himself last year. We got a great crop of 2 year olds that range from 225 to 461. And the yearlings are looking really good with our largest around 250. We are breeding payday and his sons to produce both huge framed balanced non-typicals as well as cleaner huge typicals. One cross was to take one of my favorite bucks we ever raised (before typicals were so popular), The Chosen one and cross him with Payday. We had a doe tagged W-46 that we sold to a good friend in Ohio. The doe was Waylon (another deer ahead of his time) over Willy (a supersire) over Flees Bucky (I know you heard of him). Rusty took W-46 and bred to The Chosen one and had twin doe fawns. We partnered on those. Then I sent some Payday semen out and we bred both of those yearlings to Payday. They each had a single buck fawn. As yearlings I brought one back to Missouri and he kept the other. I am excited about this deer we call Easy Money. He has the look and the pedigree we are looking for with our cleaner line. I can't wait to see him grow out this Summer.
