Selling Red deer and Elk antlers to be ground

I am not sure if this is the right place for this post. Does anyone know of companies that buy the Red deer sheds to be ground into the vitamins for the Asian market? We have alot of Red deer and would like to find someone who buys the antlers. Thanks so much for your help.

They don't buy the sheds for grinding. They buy the velvet antler. You should be able to sell them as dog treats. I'm not sure how much eed deer antler is selling for but elk anter is selling for $10+ per pound.

Velvet is generally cut about 50 days after the buttons drop. This depends on the market though, eg, Chinese, Korean, Taiwan, etc. Their TCM practitioners all have different ideas on this. Once the calcium is starting to deposit in the antler the potency starts to decline. Hard antler has no significant health value.
