Something is killing my bucks

Then you need to do what we did and attach 3ft of page wire fence to the bottom of your deer fence.I attached mine with the hog rings to the bottom of the fence and laid it out in the grass out side the deer fence.You can either cover it with dirt or you can lay in out and let the grass grow up through the wire.When you get done and it set's itself to the ground,when the yotes are walking around the outside of your pen they are actually walking on the wire.When they start to dig they hit the wire and soon move on.We have tons of tracks around the fence but have never had a problem!!!

Bill, get you a pair of mini donkeys put them on patrol outside the fence..............We have em and they hate coyotes!

I attached a single strand of barbwire all around my pens to the very bottom of my fence posts. If you put your fencing on the inside of your posts like most do, and this barbwire on the bottom of the outside, you have created an extension from your fence hence targetting where they will dig...just another idea. I have coyotes in my area, seen them walking by the pens, and never had one in my pen, but I don't really know if they even tried or not?!
