Using Bam to move backup buck

Just curious how long the muscle relaxer effects a buck that had been dated with Bam. We are going to move or backups in with does in a week and will have to dart them to move.If we use Bam how long until they are ready to do their job? Is it immediate?

Don't know how long before they could breed but we have seen them run away without a stumble within 10 minutes of reversal.
