I got home from work and noticed a doe fawn that looks dizzy walking backwards and stumbling.

I caught her and gave Dex. LA200 and Nuflor.

after we gave her medicines we tried to make her get up and she seems to be paralized move just her head and every ocne in a while try to move her legs but with no success.

She will try to move her legs like she wants to get up. but cant

I thought EHD at first but Now wandering if she didnt maybe hurt her neck or back when we tackled her we made it worst.

Any suggestions welcome.

If it were here in Pa Id say maybe injury, had buck fawn 2 yrs back get injured by hitting fence, as the nerve swells the deer becomes more paralyzed, I used dex, also fed deer with head propped up for weeks, it did recover and he scored 140+ as a yearling! Alittle bose also wouldnt hurt, good luck!!!!!

He amazed me mike!! he started out slow this year compared to his womb brother that scored 150+, but finished strong with mass and palmation! he looks alot like daddy big sir, his brother favors Gd romeo his Mothers sire, she is the doe I told you about that I bought off Glenns farm. She gave me a buck(big buttons) and doe fawn out of climax this spring, If everything works out the climax doe will have a date with tea next fall!! I have this doe fawn in a cradle I rigged up to keep her upright, Giving her water with a syringe and mixing food with water to put down her throat with a syringe, Dont know what else to try her back legs seem to have a good bit of strenght now but her front legs dont seem to want to work. She can move her neck but doesnt seem to really have control. Can anyone else tell me what to try.

How often can I give BoSe?

How often can I give Dex?

I gave 1cc bose sub q, one time , and dex for almost a week, if it is injury be patient it really takes time! If she takes a bottle that would be good, add probiotic, electrolytes, I really liked survive D it is a liquid vitamin, if it is injury and it sounds like it by what your explaining, It can be a long haul, very trying on your patience, after 2weeks I thought my buck was a goner! but he slowley did recover! Im sure not all do! Its a helpless feeling, but deer have a strong will to live and do overcome someserious injuries! Hope this helps!
