2013 WIDEOUT INSIDE SPREAD



OFFICIAL INSIDE SPREAD AT THE TIME OF MEASUREMENT WAS 42 6/8". THAT MEASUREMENT WAS TAKEN TO THE INSIDE OF THE MAIN BEAM WHERE IT BROKE OFF. HIS UNOFFICIAL MEASURMENT, IF THE BEAM TIP WAS NOT BROKEN, IS ESTIMATED AT 43 5/8".



PURCHASE SEMEN. FIRST 4 STRAWS BEING OFFERED AT $1,000.00 PER STRAW. ONE STRAW PER FARM AT THAT PRICE.



WIDEOUT HAS THREE TWO YEAR OLD SONS ON THE GROUND THIS YEAR AND THEY ARE ALL ON MY FARM AND ALL HAVE BEEN SCORED. INSIDE SPREAD ON THOSE THREE TWO YEAR OLDS WAS 30 4/8", 28 3/8" and 24 2/8". HIS DAUGHTERS HAVE ONE YEARLING SON, ALSO STILL ON MY FARM, AND HE SCORED A 25 3/8" SPREAD.



NO GIMMICKS, NO PUFFING OR PADDING OF THE SCORE. THE MEASUREMENT WAS TAKEN SIX TIMES, THREE TIMES WITH A POPE AND YOUNG MEASURING TAPE AND THREE TIMES WITH A STANDARD CONSTRUCTION MEASURING TAPE FOR ACCURACY.



USE HIS SEMEN, IT WILL BE THE MOST AFFORDABLE WAY TO ADD SIGNIFICANT WIDTH TO YOUR HERD. HE MAY BE THE WIDEST DEER IN THE INDUSTRY AND HE DEFINITELY RANKS AMONG THE TOP THREE AS FAR AS I KNOW. MORE IMPORTANTLY HE IS PASSING DOWN ONE OF, IF NOT THE, MOST MARKETABLE AND DEMANDED ANTLER TRAITS IN THE WHITETAIL MARKET, WIDTH.
 
Preliminary SCI Score: 400"



He is an 8x6 main frame and here are some notable measurements.



Left Main: 30"

Right Main: 30 5/8"



G1's - 12" and 10 5/8"

G2's - 13 1/8 and 12 6/8"

G3's - 9" and 8 5/8"

G4's - 7 4/8" and 6"



Total Mass - 57 1/2"



Semen is available, affordable and limited.

Travis, Are you still getting out of Deer Farming ?
 
God works in mysterious ways I put all my deer up for sale only one sold my family wants me to stay in it and apparently god does to so as for now yes im in it till something would happen or I run out of money maybe god has a plan for this to work theres a reason none sold or maybe there just bad deer lol
 
Travis I love your attitude and yes god has a plan for you and I hope it leads in the ways you are going now.
 
David thank you for the words of encouragement in a weird time in my life. The wildest part is first I cut horns and normally wouldn't second is everyone but one backed out and none really sold. It's just wild.

The post was intended to show Wideout 's inside spread measurment and not intended to sell semen. No violation of your new policies was intended. Quite frankly, when posting, I completely forgot that we included some semen purchasing information on there. Chalk it up to an over abundance of excitement over the score. If you wish for me to remove the post, I certainly can. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience.


Memory Lane: I have continued my search and inquiries into other wide bucks and have yet to find a deer with a wider inside spread or even as wide.

I understand that you want things for sale in the classified section, but are we not able to showcase our farms and have guess the score contest in the forum? These are things a lot of folks enjoy? Can we just subscribe and use the forums like we always have except when selling an item? I guess I don't understand why Daniels add and other's of late have gotten the message that it belongs in classifieds when it is simply a farm showcase or look at how awesome my buck is etc... Not exactly an item for sale!
 
Yes, you can showcase your bucks and farms on these forums. You can also say things like "contact us if you are interested in his semen". However, anything that smacks of direct selling - semen for sale - belongs in the classifieds section. I have been reasonable in letting indirect promotion go.


 


The change in policy was because we reached a point in the old forums where over half of all posts were pure advertising. That is not the purpose of these forums, and it was unfair to the people who actually paid to post ads in our Deer-Ads.com.

I think it's all common sence if it's something for sale put it in classifieds if it's a promotion Russell will treat us right. I know it's all a new deer forums but it's growing on me. I know it's getting lots if views but I appologize for hyjacking this thread. Russell thanks for all you do

I've been looking and can't find a buck that's wider.... So in my Book Wideout is hands down THE WIDEST BUCK IN THE COUNTRY!!!! he's just a monster an amazing creature of God. Lane's Outlaw Whitetails looks forward to working with you!!!
 
   We AI'd Wideout into 2 doe.  ....I hope it stuck! :)    In my opinion, Daniel has done an impressive job in a short amount of time.
