Congratulations Nick Biser of Team Biser Whitetails, you are the winner of this contest! You just added Borntrager, Flees, Patrick, Thunder and Pa Geronimo genetics to your AI options this year.

Here is what you are getting as far as the genetic foundation:

Sundance (2 times)

Drifter

Bart

Poncho

Bucky

BJ (3 times)

PA Geronimo/Blue 34 (3 times)

Heavy (2 times)

Thunder

Patrick (2 times)

Borntrager Storm

Bambi

Redoy Pepsi II

Redoy Bill

Here is what you are getting from my deer specifically:

Wideout (estimated 400"+ and estimated 40"+ Inside Spread). So far, Wideout two year olds have scored a 28" and 30 1/2" inside spreads. We have one more two year old to cut and he is wider than these two. He has put five yearlings on the ground that have scored over 200" in the few years he has been breeding and more that were very close to that 200" mark)

Fulldrift (estimated 350"+ w/long tines and long beams)

Orange 634 (dam to four 200"+ yearlings on my farm and three others that were within inches of 200" as yearlings)

Orange 645 (dam and Grand Dam to six 200"+ yearlings (three that were 300"/296"/280")

White 915 (womb sister to White 916, who gave me a 257" yearling last year and a 300" yearling this year.)

Here are the results of the scoring:

Yearling Yellow 225:

Nick's Guess: 238" w/ 25" IS

Actual Gross SCI: 241 6/8" w/ 25 3/8" IS

Awesome guess Nick, very close!

Although not the biggest gross scoring yearling we have had, he is exactly what we are breeding for, width and long tines. At 25 3/8", he is one of our widest yearlings. And as for tine length, his g2's and g3's measured 12 2/8" and 10 5/8" respectively on the right side and 11 4/8" and 11" respectively on the left side.

HE ALSO WEIGHED IN AT 220lbs, ON THE SCALE!

Thank you to everyone who participated in the contest, I really had fun doing this and the straw goes to a great guy.

congratulations Nick you beat by 1/8"

You were 3 6/8" under

And I was 3 7/8" over

He's a great looking yearling can't wait to see what he looks like next year.

Thanks again for the chance Daniel it was fun.

Wow! I have been busy and didn't get to check the forums for a few days. Thank you so much Daniel. You are very generous. I can't wait to see what he produces.
