first pic are some of our red cap fawns, Rolex, Maxbo Ranger, Maxbo Hardcore, and Jeckyl fawns, we mix replacer with our milk, not sure i will use again next yr but things are going pretty well.

Secnod pic is 2 of the same as in pic one I added this because the #10 fawn to the left is a Mabo Ranger buck fawn out of a Rocket doe, notice the light colored fore head, his sire has the exact same coloration on his head, and so does his twin brother.

3rd pic is some mothers and their fawns

I think it's pretty neat the way the fawns will clean out seeds of the grass out of each others eyes by licking them. They don't even blink. I can't hold my eye open long enough for the eye drop to hit my eye. Rick

Here are some pictures of our fawns we are bottle feeding. I enjoy sitting out on the deck and watching them play.:) I said they remind me of a basketball team running drills. The fawns will each take a corner then they start running and jumping, switching places and even jump over top of each other. A great way to relax.

KDR, great pics. Just wanted to let you know alittle something. I locate gas lines for Oklahoma natural gas, and that yarline relief valve may not be a good place for that fawn to lay very long. After pressure builds up that you dont use, it will release it. If you breath too much natural gas it will suffucate you without any notice. Again just looking out for others and helping, and I love when ours play and start thier running. Its like watching kittens play, its a stress reliever. Take Care, Jay

Running babies are as cute as you can get! Don't tell anybody I said that it hurts my biker image! Last year are fawns were running having a ball and jumping over each other and 2 brothers collided, Next morning 1 was dead! Cute yes but they make me nervous!! What do you do, smile and watch! ZZ

Isn't it interesting how we can all look at the same pics and each see different things in them. I got the wire ends, but never even thought about the gas. Great catches Jay Don and Bruce.

Great video Rick,

my question is, do the fawns seem to suck a lot of air when the bottle is empty? Or do you have to be right there when it the bottle is gone?

GOOD LOOKING FAWNS !! what milk replacer do you use?

WV

The fawns usually walk away from bottle when empty but we are standing right there to take it away when gone

We are using red cap milk and add LOL milk replacer

Thanks for responding Allen and Jack

Hey Rick. Did you get a new toy or have you always had the video camera to go along with your love of still photography? Nice video.

A few 2009 fawn pics.

I added new to my albums, if you want to see more.
