Hello everyone,

I'm new to the deer breeding industry and wanted to introduce myself. I'm extremely excited and enthusiastic about being a positive contribution to the future of this beautiful creature. The pictures being posted in the past two weeks have been incredible. I'm currently looking for some power does if anyone has some leads? I'm hoping to get to know all of you and possibly will be looking to buy from some of you in the future.




Welcome to the industry. The very best advice I can give you is BEWARE the seller looking to cash in on a newbie. There are many great people in the industry, however there are many crooks as well. Some of the slickest talkers are the worst of the bunch.

The best advice I can give you is take the time to hold and examine the hard antlers before you buy. Don't buy anything based on pictures or replicas. If all the cellulite could be removed from the backs of Hillary's legs in the beach photo hugging Slick Willy and smooth skin added in its place,a whole lot more retouching and tricks can be done with photos and replicas of a deer's antlers.

Welcome to the deer industry! You will enjoy it a long time if you are careful not just what you buy but where you buy.

Man, those are some serious bucks Scott is growing. If I am in need of another breeder buck for fall, I may need to contact you about one of those boys. I like the looks of them.

Welcome Torey, I just looked in your profile because I wanted to see where you are from. I see you are in Tyrone Pa, I am only a half hour away from you, in east freedom. I would like you to know your more than welcome to stop by anytime, check out my deer and ask me some questions. It's good to get around and learn from people, the more the better. The Walks have their main farm right in your town, they grow some of the best bucks in the industry and I know they would welcome anyone interested in a visit, so you may even want to visit them too. I might have to take you up on that. I just talked to another gentleman who's not far from you. Might visit you both within the next two weeks and kill two birds with one stone. I'll take all the wisdom and knowledge I can get.

Gaylen I have always liked when you post pics, I really like the herd you are building. Tank is looking large.

      He is putting a lot of Bone on his head again this year. It is nice to see the giant yearlings that are showing  up out him this year . I will have several 2-3 year old sons that are going to be well over 300" this year Congratulations to Elmer Lapp !!!


That is one heck of a yearling.!!!!! :)

Steve Bone Collector is looking awesome !! I'm so fired up to have two of his buck fawns in my pen! Bone Collector / 0064!!! Now all I need is time and pour the good feed to them! And look out !!! Sure would like a Bone Collector XL daughter to put in with my

Texas Tea / RDM Goliath son this fall! Now that would be interesting !!
 
Here are 2 big guy sons that stick out at the farm this year!! They are both 3 yr olds the first one is Big Guy/max/red8 and the second one is Big Guy/Maxbo/Loner! Everyone's bucks are looking great keep the posts coming!!

That would be an interesting cross. He is producing in anything that has P.A.Geronimo & It looks like he matches up with Hardcore also !!!!! It would be scary when you throw in Texas Tea !!!! I just happen to have a few extra Bone Collector ***** running around I'm sure we can find something that will work.
