Buck fawn very weak

I have a buck fawn that had worms really bad he was crapping like water I finally got that fixed he is crapping pellets now but to weak to stand. Is there something I can give him for a quick boost of energy?

If I were you I would start with Dexamethazone. You can get Dex. in several different strengths. Dex. will make him feel better quickly and will stimulate his appetite. I would stay close to the recommended dose. You can kill'em with to much Dex.

I would give probiotics and b12. That will help with absorption and appetite.

I wormed with ivermectin + Injectable and safeguard drench at the same time then 3weeks later I did the same thing and hit him with Nuflor SQ and Draxxin IM. I think he is clear now if only I could get him to stand and eat on his own I think he might make it. I helped him walk some this evening and he did a lot better than yesterday. He definitely is drinking water I put a bowl full and when I came home it was gone , same thing last night . I am far from a vet so I am just saying what I did, I am not telling anyone to do this.

If he will drink and not eating, give him milk with probiotics in the milk.
