fawn with wobbly legs?????

One of my buck fawns started laying around two days ago. When I saw him get up, he almost fell over. His legs are real wobbly. He is having a hard time walking. He is two and half months old. He struggled with the scours during the beginning of bottle feeding. Last night I gave him half cc Draxin, half cc LA200 and half cc of vitamin B complex. Any suggestions are appreciated.
 
Doug, You may be a little light on your doseage ? I would have given same fawn that age on my farm 1cc Draxxin i/m,3cc LA 200 sub Q and 3 cc Vit B i.m just my thoughts and what I have ahd luck with
