Rhonda, this is such great news. This is how this industry should be fighting. The sit back and wait theory only gets us further in the hole. Silence IS consent. Sometimes you have to stand up for what is right no matter what the naysayers tell you you should do.

Today the Iowa DNR petitioned the judge to rerule on our case. I guess if you don't like the ruling you can ask for a new one. Quite an education we are getting.
