I'm confused on something? If the hunters for freerange don't want high fence hunting in there state and they don't want it to end up like Texas ! But the land their hunting is private! Do the hunter think it's ok to hunt the land? In my book that's called fence jumping! Or better known as trustpassing. I'm confused on what leg their standing on? High fence or not it's still private land. High fence hunt will not hurt their hunting heritage they still have state land to hunt and that's where they should be. Not on land they don't own! Just my thoughts........

It seems to me they dont really know what the issue is! They don't seem to have a problem with hunting bison behind the fence???????

What really rubs me the wrong way is who does this guy think he is telling people how they should hunt.......where will it stop.....God forbid they should win then what is next........maybe they will say they don't like people using bows......or maybe it will be muzzle loaders.........should we out law trail cameras are they fair..........if this man believes in a certian way to hunt then he has the right to hunt the way he wants........he needs to have the same respect for those that want to hunt in the ways that they want.........these people have way to much time on their hands......they are always looking to cause problems somewhere.........they have not a clue the damage they are doing to the entire hunting across our country.........these people need to get a life!!!!!

I find it interesting that Kaseman, the head of the push to get rid of high fence harvesting couldn't make a living in North Dakota and moved to California to make his living his whole adult life and then comes back to North Dakota to retire and wants to tell North Dakota people how to live. Sounds like he lived too long in California.

Those that stayed in North Dakota and found ways to make a living in the State and benefit North Dakota with their taxes and work and now this guy wants to ruin high fence operations lives because he doesn't like the way they did it. I guess all North Dakota people should have left the State to make a living. Talk about a guy with no ethics.

He-e-eh, tell that guy to finish his homework. Find out WHY that first guy high fenced that first acre in Texas. I doubt he could, but IF he could find out why it would be more like the guy was trying to "KEEP" good hunting on his place when everyone around him had ruined it so bad it was his ONLY HOPE. I know the feeling.

Can you believe the North Dakota hunters against high fence would band together with HSUS and PETA? What make these hunters think they won't be next as HSUS hates any type of hunting. Divide and conquer, what morons. Soon we will all be eating grass. LOL

Liked the website. Nice job. I just donated through the website. Very easy and quick. Jonathan Miller Buckeye Valley Whitetails

Half the precincts in 56.5 vote no to the proposition, so far so good. Shoulkd be rural precincts left and should stay a similiar trend.

56% to 43%. Only 2 counties that are in have been in favor of this. Many of the counties have been 60% to 40% or better against it. That's still a little too close for comfort. Lets keep our fingers crossed!
