Packed jaw in fawn

My fawn is doing fine. He is uncatchable now. He is completely off milk. His mother rejected him a few weeks back, but he is hammering the feed and he is keeping up in body size with the others. I am still concerned however about the lump. Although it's small it's still there, I am really wanting to catch him to have a look. I will try very hard to catch him this weekend. I feed bread as a treat, and this little guy comes right up and eats 3 or 4 pieces like a champ, he also eats a lot of alfalfa hay when I put out a bale.
