People by deer pens ????

I'm looking for some advice on people that treaspass around our deer pens . Today I had some people (3) a father and his 2 son's that went all the way around my deer pens without any permission and tonight my breeder or back up buck is limpy badly on his right front leg . I can see his pastern or ankle is quite swollen and he won't put any weight on it . I called the sherriff's out to talk to the people up by the pens as they were in over 40 acres from the road . What do I do if this buck needs treatment or has a broken foot or leg ? Any advice ?? I don't want to be a hard nose and cause problems I don't need . But this is a decent buck too . What would you do ? Thank You .
