I've been shooting deer for over thirty years now and always send some of my meat off every year to be made into breakfast sausage. Heck I butcher it, cut it up into steaks, and grind it so I got to thinking I would like to try making up some of my own sausage. Do any of you have a really good sausage recipe you would be willing to share. I'm not looking to make summer sausage with the smoking and all(at least not yet)but just something I could patty out and cook up with eggs and hash browns in the morning. Rick
